Until in 2021 I was handed a list of 50,000 subscribers and given full authority to manage the account.
I had no idea what I was doing, so I took the bull by the horns and learned everything I could from classes, workshops, webinars, articles. But, most importantly, I took action.
Within a few months, email was driving over 50% of the company’s revenue, contributing to a 278% increase that year.
That’s when I realized two things:
1. Most businesses massively underestimate email.
2. I was done helping a millionaire buy another jet.
Just a few years after that experience, I built a business to help values-aligned brands grow with email done intentionally. Because the truth is, email doesn’t require a massive list to work. My own list has hovered around 250 subscribers at times and still filled 150-person workshops and supported $15k launches.
